Fuel 10 is guided to the wall surface of a combustor 130, and simultaneously with thermal decomposition of fuel by means of heat from a combustor, the wall surface of the combust or is cooled, and generated gas is fed to a fuel injection device 112 as fuel for the combustor. Or, the fuel 10 and steam are guided to the wall surface of the combustor, the fuel 10 is modified into steam by heat from the combustor 130 and simultaneously the wall surface of the combustor is cooled. Gas consisting mainly of generated hydrogen and carbon monoxide is fed to the fuel injection device 112 as fuel for the combustor 130.
