Abstract:
To provide a gas turbine combustor achieving lower NOx and CO in a wide load range of a gas turbine, stable operability and lower cost with a highly durable catalyst.
The gas turbine combustor comprises a catalyst combustion system using a catalyst layer 10 to form pilot flames and a premixing combustion system using a premixing nozzle 5 for performing main combustion. The catalyst layer 10 consists of a low temperature region located on the upstream side of fuel mixture to be supplied to the catalyst layer 10 and a high temperature region located on the downstream side thereof.
