Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enhance cooling efficiency and simplify manufacture of a cooling blade of a high temperature turbine where steam is used as a cooling medium by additionally disposing an insert provided with at least either of a supply passageway and a recovery passageway for the cooling medium. CONSTITUTION:Cooling steam is supplied from a bottom portion of a steam cooling moving blade 20 as a gas turbine cooling moving blade planted in a rotor 21. The steam is supplied to a steam supply chamber 24 through a steam supply port 23a of a bottom flange 23 in an inset 22 disposed inside the blade 20, and then, is supplied to an impingement-cooling chamber 26. The steam impinges on the inner wall surface of the blade 20 through a plurality of pores 26a formed on the side and upper surfaces of the chamber 26, this impingement- cooling the blade 20. Steam once having flowed outside the insert 22 is supplied into a steam recovery chamber 25 through a steam recovery port 25a, and then, is introduced into the blade bottom portion through a steam recovery port 23b of the bottom flange 23.
