Title:
GAS TURBINE ENGINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2000328902
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To minimize the response amount to vibration of a rotor blade and reduce damages to a part due to vibration by changing excitation generated by an inlet guide blade.

This gas turbine engine has an inlet guide blade 20 in the upstream of a rotor blade 10 to adjust an influx angle of the air that flows in the rotating rotor blade 10. The inlet guide blade 20 and the rotor blade 10 are formed such that the relationship between a rear edge 20b of the inlet guide blade 20 and a front edge 10a of the rotor blade 10 are inconsistent with each other, when the rotor blade 10 is positioned right behind the inlet guide blade 20 when viewed in a direction of the air flow.
