To reduce the size of a gas turbine intake air cooling device and to increase the efficiency thereof.
This device comprises a gas turbine 1; an intake air cooler 4 to cool outside air sucked by the gas turbine 1; an air cooling coil to feed cold water to cool outside air sucked in the intake air cooler 4; and an absorption refrigerator to feed cold water to the air cooling coil. In this case, the air cooling coil to feed cold water to cool outside air sucked in the intake air cooler 4 is divided into a plurality of systems 7 and 8. The air cooling coil 7 positioned nearmost the outside air side is connected to an absorption refrigerator 11 to feed highest temperature cold water and the air cooling coil 8 positioned nearmost the gas turbine 1 side is connected to an absorption type refrigerator 12 to feed lowest temperature cold water.
