Abstract:
To provide a gas booster/compressor suppressing waste of electric power.
The gas booster/compressor comprises: a gas compressor 14 rising pressure of product gas with pressurized state supplied from a gas supply source 12; and a storage tank 16 storing the product gas of which the pressure is risen by a gas compressor 14. The gas compressor 14 is started at predetermined timing after the start of the supply of the product gas from the gas supply source 12. That is, the gas compressor 14 can be started, after the inside is purged by the product gas from the gas supply source 12 with a stopped state before the start.
