Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve durability of the gaseous hydrogen discharging device and to simplify the inspection operation thereof.
CONSTITUTION: This device has a hydrogen release pipe 1 which is flared at one end and is sealed at the other end and a heater 11 which is provided around this hydrogen release pipe 1. The easy mounting of the hydrogen release pipe 1 is allowed by the flared part without using brazing, etc., and the durability of the hydrogen release pipe 1 formed of palladium or palladium alloy is improved. The long-term use of the hydrogen release pipe 1 thus becomes possible. The state of the hydrogen release pipe 1 can easily be checked from the outside by removing the heater 11. The inspection operation is thereby simplified.
