Abstract:
To provide a gasification device for biomass such as wood, etc., widening its utilization uses for a fuel gas, chemical raw materials, etc., in addition to a heat recovery, and notably elevating its efficiency with a simple crushing.
This gasification device is equipped with a gasification furnace 1 for generating a high temperature gas, a thermal cracking furnace 2 for thermally cracking the high temperature gas and also a solid/gas-separating device 9 for separating the combustible gas generated in the gasification furnace 1 and thermal cracking furnace 2 from a solid portion, uses the biomass such as wood, etc., as raw materials for the gasification, and feeds the biomass to the gasification furnace 1 and thermal cracking furnace 2.
