Abstract:

To provide the gasification equipment capable of suppressing heat loss outside the gasification equipment through slag water and improving thermal efficiency of the gasification equipment.SOLUTION: The gasification equipment comprises: a pre-drying device 13b that dries coal by a heating medium 17; a coal pulverizer 13c that pulverizes the coal dried by the pre-drying device 13b; a gasification furnace 16 that heats and pulverizes pulverized coal pulverized by the pulverized coal machine 13c under a pressure; a slag water storage part 77 that is connected to the gasification furnace 16, to which the slag generated from pulverized coal is guided, and in which slag water is stored; hydraulic transport piping 79 that takes out the slag guided to the slag water storage part 77 together with the slag water; slag water return piping 94 that returns the slag water to slag water storage part 77; and a slag water cooler 96 that recovers the heat obtained from the slag water flowing through the slag water return piping 94, wherein the heating medium 17 is heated using the heat recovered by the slag water cooler 96.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
