PURPOSE: To secure the sufficient heat transfer performance as the occurrence of icing is reliably suppressed even when there is a slight error in the size of a heat insulation part.
CONSTITUTION: A lower header 10 on the low temperature liquid inlet side and an upper header 16 on the outlet side are interconnected through a plurality of outer heat transfer pipes 22. In each heat transfer pipe 22, an inner heat transfer pipe is arranged inside a region ranging from an end part on the inlet side to a part this side of en end part on the outlet side. An annular flow passage 23 for low temperature liquid communicated with the interior of the lower header 10 is formed between the outer surface of the inner heat transfer pipe 24 and the inner surface of the outer heat transfer pipe 22.
