Abstract:
To improve a seal resistance more than that of a conventional gasket made of a joint sheet as a raw material by preventing the gasket made of the joint sheet from protruding due to fretting.
This gasket material made of a multi-layer structure joint sheet is formed by pressure-laminating and vulcanizing a mixed raw material of rubber, reinforcement resin and filler while kneading it. In this gasket material, one layer of both outermost layers of the joint sheet 1, namely a surface layer 1a is a non-adhesive layer with low adhesiveness, while the other layer, namely a rearface layer 1b is an adhesive layer with high adhesiveness.
