Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing a gasket for a refrigerator wherein high airtightness for sufficient heat insulation is obtained, an appearance as a merchandise is improved, and the gasket is efficiently manufactured at a low cost.
A gasket body 2 having the frame-shape as a whole, provided with a hollow accommodating part 11 and mounting parts 21, 22, and having an opening part 9 communicated to an internal space 10 of the hollow accommodating part 11, is manufactured by injection molding a soft synthetic resin, then a magnet is packed in the internal space 10 of the hollow accommodating part 11 through the opening part 9, and the opening part 9 is bonded to be closed.
