Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gasoline composition which can provide an ethanol-containing gasoline fuel satisfying characteristics necessary as a fuel even when ethanol of a high water content is added thereto, a gasoline fuel blended with the same, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: Provided is a gasoline composition comprising an aromatic component in an amount of 10.0 to 45.0 vol.%, a C9 aromatic component in an amount of 5.0 to 30.0 vol.%, and a C8 isoparaffin component in an amount of 5.0 to 40.0 vol.%. The composition has a surface tension of 17.0 to 19.8 mN/m, a density at 15°C of 0.70 to 0.77 g/cm, and a vapor pressure of 50 to 90 kPa.
