To provide a gasoline-ethanol separator used for an internal combustion engine, and capable of separating gasoline and ethanol from mixed fuel formed by mixing gasoline and ethanol with a simple constitution.
This gasoline-ethanol separator 1 has a fuel tank 2 storing the mixed fuel, a separating tank 4 for storing the separated gasoline A and an ethanol-water mixed liquid B by mixing water supplied by a water supply means 3 with the mixed fuel supplied from the fuel tank 2, a pressurizing means 5 pressurizing the gasoline A and the ethanol-water mixed liquid B in the separating tank 4 via the mixed fuel supplied in the separating tank 4, a gasoline taking-out means 6 for taking out the gasoline A to the outside of the separating tank 4 via a first opening-closing valve 62 from above an interface between the gasoline A and the ethanol-water mixed liquid B in the separating tank 4, and an ethanol taking-out means 7 for taking out the ethanol-water mixed liquid B in the separating tank 4 to the outside of the separating tank 4 via a second opening-closing valve 72 from below the interface.
