Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a fault of a preform based on adherence of a gate by rotataby transferring an attaching and detaching unit rotating between two positions in a circumferential direction to a preform inverting position and a preform inclining position, and cutting a gate of the preform on the unit at the inclining position.
SOLUTION: An attaching and detaching unit 10 is rotated between a preform inverting position (a) and a preform inclining position (b) isolated at 45° from one another in a circumferential direction via a holder 15 of a driver 11 in a direction (c) or (d). A cutting unit 12 has a stationary blade 12a and movable blade 12b protruding parallel to a placing surface 10a of the unit 10 at the position (b). The holder 15 is rotated by a piston rod 11a of the driver 11 in the direction (c), and the unit 10 is rotated to the position (b). Then, a cylinder 22 is driven, and a gate of the preform PF is cut by the blade 12b. At this time, since the unit 10 is inclined, the gate B is not stuck to the preform PF.
