The fixed column 11 is mounted with a guide member 23 to be inserted into the guide groove of the movable column 12. Further, the movable column 12 is configured such that a rubber sheet 30 is stuck thereto to cover an opening surface, overlapping with the guide groove 22, on the side of the upper surface and the upper end of the opening surface facing the fixed column 11.
