Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce inconvenience of impairing an aesthetic appearance of a gate device of a closed state, in the gate device of a type of allowing an end part of a door of the closed state to abut on an abutting object member.SOLUTION: A gate device 1 comprises a left side body 11, a right side body 12 and a door 13 stored in a casing of the left side body 11 in an opening state and projecting in the horizontal direction toward the right side body 12 from the left side body 11 in a closed state. An end part 131 of the door 13 in the closed state abuts on a side surface part 121 of the right side body 12. When the door 13 and the right side body 12 are not installed at a correct angle, the end part 131 and the side surface part 121 abut only in a part in the vertical direction, and a space is generated between the end part 131 and the side surface part 121. However, the end part 131 forms a convex shape in a cross section by a horizontal plane, and the side surface part 121 forms a concave shape in a cross section by the horizontal plane. Thus, the space generated between the door 13 and the right side body 12 is shielded from a person opposed to the door 13 from a platform. Thus, an aesthetic appearance of the gate device 1 is not impaired.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
