Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for detecting the content of luggage of a passerby without significantly reducing the convenience of the passerby.SOLUTION: An association unit 111 associates, on the basis of a time when a luggage is placed at a prescribed position and a time when a passerby passes through a prescribed position, a passerby passing though a gate with a luggage passing through a detection unit 16 that detects a content. A position specification unit 113 analyzes an image of the passerby at the time he/she passes through the gate and an image that is captured by a camera of a monitoring device 2 in order to monitor passersby, and specifies the position of the passerby on the basis of the result of analysis of these. A passage allowability determination unit 112 acquires information on the content detected by the detection unit 16, and determines on the basis of the information on this content whether or not the passerby is allowed to pass through the gate. A position specification necessity determination unit 114 acquires information on the content detected by the detection unit 16, and determines on the basis of the information on this content whether or not it is necessary to specify the position of the passerby.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
