Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain the high frequency low pass filter having an excellent frequency characteristic in which no spurious radiation is caused.
CONSTITUTION: A ground electrode 14 is formed on a 1st dielectric layer 12. A 2nd dielectric layer 18 is arranged on the ground electrode 14. Three capacitor electrodes 20, 22, 24 are formed on the 2nd dielectric layer 18. Static capacitors are formed between the capacitor electrodes 20, 22, 24 and the ground electrode 14. A 3rd dielectric layer 26 is arranged on the capacitor electrodes 20, 22, 24. Two coil electrodes 38, 30 are formed on the 3rd dielectric layer 26. A 4th dielectric layer 32 only is formed on the coil electrodes 28, 30. The coil electrode 28 is connected to the capacitor electrodes 20, 22 by an external electrode and the coil electrode 30 is connected to the capacitor electrodes 20, 24.
