When the bearing 8 continues to move and abuts on the bearing stopper in the lower end of the guide shaft, the bearing 8 stops to move. Further when the second drive shaft moves, the slanted body 3 continues to move and slides on the curved face of a roller 6, and the other end side of the first drive shaft 4 extended outside the valve body 13 is moved so as to rotate in the direction shown by the arrow mark 24 centering around a tilting shaft 7.
