This gate is provided with a panel part 1 comprising a plurality of vertically connected panel members 11, 12, 13, and 14 and an outer hinge 3 used as an engaging means rotatably engaging the panel part 1 to the loading space 2. An outer side of an upper end part of the panel member 11 positioned in an uppermost position of the panel part 1 is inwardly recessed for unevenly forming it. A part or the whole of an outer side of a lower end part of the panel member 14 positioned in a lowermost position of the panel part is inwardly recessed for forming it with an uneven cross section.
