Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gateway capable of suppressing added processing when connectable TCP connections increase.SOLUTION: Each of gateways 2, 5 for performing transmission control to prevent a delay with another gateway in regard to a communication connection established between terminals includes: a connection management table 16 for retaining connection information including terminal information, status information and priority information related to the communication connection; and a connection reception control unit 15 for referring to the connection management table 16, determining the priority of a connection related to a connection establishment request received from the terminal, and determining whether or not to execute the transmission control on the basis of the determined priority.
