Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a solar ray gathering device which can be used suitably near the equator by providing a solar ray gathering device part in a capsule part of a transparent cylinder body which is provided approximately horizontally.

CONSTITUTION: A solar ray gathering part 30 is provided in a cylindrical transparent body capsule 20, and the capsule 20 has an axis A-A directed to the north and the south approximately. Since the height of the sum in the direction of a north-south line is less changed near the equator, it is unnecessary to form the capsule 20 into a ball shape, and it is sufficient if it is formed into a cylindrical shape. Because of this cylindrical shape, ventilation in the capsule 20 is easy, and a worker can enter the capsule 20 easily to work. Since the solar ray gathering device part is moved only slightly in the direction of a north-south line, it is sufficient if a revolving shaft 17 is rotated slightly, and therefore, the leak of a photoconductor cable is reduced, and the processing of the photoconductor cable is made very easy.
