Title:
GAUGE FOR SETTING JETTING ANGLE OF SUB-NOZZLE IN FLUID JET TYPE SHUTTLELESS LOOM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3039091
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject readily manufacturable gauge for setting the jetting angle of a sub-nozzle capable of accurately setting the jetting angle of the sub-nozzle without any trouble in fitting and play between a reference part of a nozzle holder and a fixing member and between an engaging reference surface and a rotating member after fitting.
CONSTITUTION: The objective gauge for setting the jetting angle in a fluid jet type shuttleless loom is composed of a forked fixing member 11 for fitting into a reference part 7 of a nozzle holder for rotatably supporting a sub-nozzle and a rotating member 14 for fitting to flat engaging reference surfaces (6a) and (6b) of the sub-nozzle for enabling its rotation. In this gauge, the first pressurizing means 16 is installed in the surface of the fixing member opposite to the reference part to eliminate the play between the reference part and the fixing member. The second pressurizing means 17 is provided in the surface (15a) of the rotating member opposite to the engaging reference surface (6a) to eliminate the play between the engaging reference surface and the rotating member.
