Title:
GAUSSIAN PHOTOGRAPHIC LENS
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH08171051
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a Gaussian photograpic lens with a large aperture having a small number of lenses, excellently compensated in spherical aberration and sagittal coma aberration.

CONSTITUTION: In a Gaussian photographic lens comprising a front group GF and a rear group GR of positive refractive powers and arranging a diaphragm S between both groups in order from the object side, the front group GF is composed of a first positive lens component L1 whose convex surface confronts the object side and a second lens component L2 whose concave surface confronts the image side in order from the object side and the rear group GR is composed of a third negative lens component L3 whose concave surface confronts the object side, a fourth positive lens component L4 whose convex surface confronts the image side and a fifth positive lens component L5 whose convex surface confronts the image side in order from the object side. The second lens component L2 is an axial type graded index lens whose refractive index decreases from the center of a concave surface on the image side toward the image side and at least one lens among residual four lens components is an axial type graded index lens whose refractive index changes from the object side to the image side.
