Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an in-administration operation integral management technology capable of consolidated management of process and construction cost, for reliable and efficient basis figure of progress rate.SOLUTION: A construction management technique uses a basic function of a versatile software of a personal computer. It allows, a) setting of dependency relation between tasks, b) setting of layers between tasks, and c) storing formula in a task, for using these basic functions. Dependency relation and period days are input in each task on a chart view on the left side of a software screen, and a construction schedule is automatically generated in a Gantt chart view on a right screen. By setting a review field in which a construction cost calculation formula is stored for each task in the chart view, process and construction cost can be integrally managed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
