Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To uniformly impart a preload to a bearing around a rotation center line of the bearing, and to reduce a change amount with respect to a temperature change of the preload which is imparted to the bearing.SOLUTION: In a gear device 10 for a vehicle, a bearing 38 has rolling bodies 38c, and an outer race 38b and an inner race 38a which sandwich the rolling bodies 38c in a radial direction. The inner race 38a has a rotating body support part 40 for supporting a male screw part 44 screwed to a center support 20 and the rotating bodies 38c, and the male screw part 44 protrudes to a flange part 24 side of the center support 20 in a rotation center line C1 direction from an inside diameter side of the rolling body support part 40, and integrally formed at the rotating body support part 40. Therefore, a length of the male screw part 44 in the rotation center line C1 direction can be sufficiently secured. Furthermore, the rotating body support part 40 for supporting the rolling bodies 38c and the male screw part 44 integrally formed at the rotating body support part are formed of a single iron system material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
