Abstract:
To improve air cooling effect by making the cooling air effectively flow around a gear device.
This gear device is formed with a resin gear part 12 by injection molding in a peripheral part of a metal holder 11. The holder 11 is formed with ventilation holes 13 for passing the cooling air, and air flows from one surface side of the gear device 9 to the other surface side thereof through the ventilation holes 13. A plurality of ventilation holes 13 are formed along the circumferential direction of the holder 11, and the holder 11 is desirably manufactured from a thin steel plate by pressing.
