Abstract:
To provide a manufacturing method of a gear which can accurately manage a dimension and a form of a tooth form at each portion of the tooth form.SOLUTION: In this manufacturing method of a gear 1 having a rolling processing process for rolling-processing teeth 10 of a rolling front gear so that the teeth 10 having involute shapes are formed, the rolling processing process rolling-processes the rolling front gear which includes: a first involute tooth form which passes a first processing point in which a first rolling margin is set, and a second processing point in which a second rolling margin is set when setting a change amount of a length in a tooth thickness direction when the teeth 10 of the rolling front gear are deformed by the rolling processing as a rolling margin, and setting different processing points on tooth-shape curved lines of the teeth 10 of the rolling front gear as a first processing point, a second processing point and a third processing point; and a second involute tooth form which passes the second processing point and the third processing point in which a third rolling margin is set.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
