Abstract:
To stably obtain torque limit operation with a simple structure, regardless of rise and drop of temperature.SOLUTION: A gear mechanism with a torque limiter comprises: a first gear 31 fixed to a first key groove 74aA on one end side 1A of a shaft via a first key 71; a first plate 74 which is provided at a first notch part 90 on an inner side surface of the first gear 31 and has a plurality of detent holes 75; a ball 6 provided inside an open hole 100 of a second gear 80 provided in adjacency to the first gear 31; a second plate 74a capable of linear motion in a second key groove 82 of a shaft 1; a second gear 80 arranged between first and second plates 74, 74a; a ring-shaped groove 85 which is formed on the inner side surface of the second plate 74a and with which one surface of the ball 6 in contact with the detent holes 75 is in contact; a lock nut 88 screwed with another end 1B side of the shaft 1; a lock washer 88A provided at an outer peripheral position of the shaft 1 and inside the lock nut 88; and an elastic body 91 provided between the lock washer 88A and the second plate 74a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
