Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the damage of the gear part of a gear rotor by introducing a melted resin to a clearance and generating a thrust resistant force.
SOLUTION: In this gear pump, a pair of gear rotors with two are arranged rotatably in a meshed state in a pump housing 9 providing a suction port and delivery port and a clearance is formed between the axial direction end surface of the journal bearing body 12 in the housing 9 and the gear rotor. A thrust resistant force generation means 26 consisting of a ring shape melted resin pocket 28 installed in the inner periphery side of the end surface of the bearing body 12 and an introduction groove 29 for introducing the resin of the delivery side to this pocket 28 is installed.
