Discharge carried into a delivery port 72 from an intake port 52 is smaller than that of a first driven gear 101 side by q2 per a space between two teeth of a driven gear. Discharge returned to the intake port 52 from the delivery port 72 is greater than that of the first driven gear 101 side by q3 per a meshing space of a drive gear and the driven gear as shown in the figure (b). Discharge carried into the delivery port 72 from the intake port 51 by the drive gear 3 is constant. Consequently, discharge delivered from the delivery port 72 by a second driven gear 102 can be smaller than discharge delivered from a delivery port 71 by the first driven gear 101 by drive gear tooth number times of q2+q3 per a revolution of the drive gear.
