Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high viscosity liquid carrying gear pump for keeping a bearing in a free state, and improving reliability to cooling medium leakage and melting resin leakage.
SOLUTION: In this gear pump where a pair of gear rotors 2 are supported by a body 1 of the gear pump via the bearing 6, a cover 11 for preventing shaft directional slipping-out of the bearing 6 is fixed to the body 1, and a temperature adjusting medium passage 20 is formed in the bearing 6, an inlet pipe 28 and an outlet pipe 29 to the temperature adjusting medium passage 20 are connected to a shaft directional outside end surface of the bearing 6, the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 are derived outside by passing through a deriving part 32 arranged in the cover 11, and at least a part of the inlet pipe 28 and the outlet pipe 29 is composed of a flexible member.
