Title:
GEAR PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10318161
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To prevent a low-frictional-resistant bush from being damaged even under high temperature, and fix the bush without a gap in relation to the bearing base material, by providing a working part being a separate material on the gear face side of a bearing body, and fixing the axial direction position and the rotational direction of the separate material on its opposite side.

A bush 7 is inserted into a recessed part 8a of a bearing base material 8 which is fixed to a body 3, and is sandwiched and fixed between a fixing board 9 and the bearing base material 8. The fixing board 9 is fixed to the bearing base material 8 with bolts 10. Because the bush 7 is pressed onto the bearing base material 8 in the thrust direction by the fixing board 9, it does not deviate in the thrust direction. In addition, because a fixing pin 11 placed in the fixing board 9 is fitted with a pin groove of the bush 7, the bush 7 is prevented from rotating in relation to the bearing base material 8. Therefore, even when a high-temperature liquid expands the bearing part, the gap is not generated between the bush 7 and the bearing base material 8, and a gear pump can be operated as in a room temperature.
