PURPOSE: To continuously roll gears with a simple device and a high working efficiency, by relatively rotating coaxial external tooth rolling gear and internal tooth rolling gear.
CONSTITUTION: A crude material 4 supplied to a fitting location A is engaged with a holding member 5 by lowering a supporting member 6, and lifted up while it is held by the supporting member 6. After lifting up, the crude material 4 is transferred to a location above a rolling location B while it is rotated clockwise, and then, lowered and supplied to the rolling location B. Then, the crude material is subjected to the rolling performed by rolling gears 1 and 3. After the crude material 4 is rolled, it is lifted up and released from the rolling location B. Then, the crude material 4 is transferred to a discharging location C, and then, discharged by a discharging mechanism. Therefore, it is sufficient that the rolling gears and the holding member have a function which rotates in one direction, and a change-over mechanism for the rotating direction is not required. Moreover, fittings, workings, and dischargings of crude materials are performed continuously and simultaneous rollings on plural crude materials become possible. Therefore, working efficiencies are quite high when this gear rolling machine is applied.
