Abstract:
PURPOSE:To reduce the size of the apparatus by installing a sub-speed change part on the input side of a main speed change part and arranging the clutch of the main speed change part and the clutch of the sub-speed change part in distributed form onto two parallel shafts. CONSTITUTION:A transmission 1 is equipped with a main speed change part 2 and a sub-sped change part 3. The first and the second clutches 8 and 9 for connecting an input shaft 4 to either the first or the second subshaft are installed in parallel between the input shaft 4 of the main speed change part 2 and the first and the second subshafts 5 and 6. Further, the sub-speed change part 3 is equipped with an input shaft 21 which is connected to the output shaft of an engine and coaxially arranged with a main shaft 7 and an output shaft 22 which is arranged in parallel to the input shaft 21 and coaxially arranged with the first and the second sub shafts 5 and 6. Further, a clutch CH for high speed stage and a clutch CL for low speed stage for the connection of the input shaft 21 to the ninth gear 23 or the tenth gear 24 are arranged in parallel between the input shaft 21 and the ninth and the tenth gears 23 and 24.
