Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology which can surely secure a breather function irrespective of a state of a lubricant in a transmission case while dispensing with a space exclusive for a breather device, and contributes to the suppression of the blow-out of the lubricant to the outside of the transmission case.SOLUTION: An operation shaft 22 is formed into a pipe shape having a hollow part 22a which is opened at both ends in an axial line direction, and two penetration holes 32, 34 in a radial direction for making the inside of a transmission case 10 and the hollow part 22a communicate with each other are formed at the operation shaft 22. The penetration hole 32 in the radial direction is formed in a position being an upper part rather than an oil level of a lubricant in a static state (state that the oil level is not inclined), and the penetration hole 34 in the radial direction is formed in a position being an upper part rather than the oil level of the lubricant in either of the static state and a dynamic state (state that the oil level is inclined). By this constitution, breathing can be surely performed irrespective of the state of the oil level of the lubricant. Here, a space exclusive for a breather device is not necessary.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
