Abstract:
To suppress an individual difference between rotors, and suppress variations in rotation positions of an output shaft caused by the individual difference between of the rotors.SOLUTION: A geared motor 100 includes side surfaces 511 and 512 directed to a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral surface of a magnet 50, and a resin part 55 is structured so that at least a part of the side faces of the magnet 50 is exposed to the surface of a body part 56 formed on the inner peripheral side of the magnet 50. Accordingly, in manufacture of a rotor 5, the magnet 50 is positioned in the circumferential direction in a metal mold using the side faces 511 and 512 of the magnet 50, and positions in the circumferential direction of a pinion 58 provided on the resin part 55 and a magnetic pole of the magnet 50 can be aligned. Accordingly, the rotor 5 having a small individual difference between positional relationships between the teeth of the pinion 58 and the magnetic pole of the magnet 50 can be manufactured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
