Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid tooth skipping and relax an impact applied to a helical gear to prevent damage of the helical gear even when the helical gear is locked in a geared motor which causes the helical gear to engage with a worm gear attached to an output shaft of the motor to transmit output of the motor.SOLUTION: A geared motor 1 includes a motor 10, a worm gear 2 attached to an output shaft 11 of the motor 10, a helical gear 3 which engages with the worm gear 2 and is pivotally supported by a shaft perpendicular to the output shaft 11; and a transmission gear 4 which coaxially and integrally rotates with the helical gear 3. The helical gear 3 is supported so as to move along a rotation axis direction of the transmission gear 4, and an elastic member 8 which elastically repels against movement of the helical gear 3 toward the transmission gear 4 side is disposed between the helical gear 3 and the transmission gear 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
