Abstract:
To provide a gelato-like food product containing a protein, which contains a nutrient required for an elderly person, an athlete and a person desiring to lower its weight and has a nutrient supplying effect, is difficult to be accumulated as a body fat in a body, has a rich flavor and also has such a sensing function as to satisfy palatability as a dessert, and accordingly is easily selected, and a method for producing the same.SOLUTION: A gelato-like food product is adjusted such that a nutrient such as protein is efficiently taken, and is blended with whey protein, soy bean protein, a milk ingredient, a sugar, and a medium chain fatty acid as active ingredients.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
