PURPOSE: To improve adhesive properties between a surface layer on a molding surface and concrete and further obtain a molded product having excellent surface properties by covering the molding surface of a concrete mold with a gelcoat layer and further providing an adhesive layer between the gelcoat layer and a concrete layer.
CONSTITUTION: A gelcoated concrete mold for plastics molding is formed under reduced pressure by using either one of, for example, a projected mold or a recessed mold. A molding surface 3 of the concrete mold is covered with a gelcoat layer 1 comprising, for example, an unsaturated polyester resin and a vinyl ester resin. A primer adhesive layer 2 is formed between the gelcoat layer and a concrete layer. In this case, the primer adhesive layer is formed of a hardening composition comprising a polymerizable monomer crosslinking thermosetting resin e.g. an unsaturated polyester resin and the like as an essential ingredient, silicate materials e.g. Cao and Sio2 as main ingredients, and water added thereto.
