Title:
GENE FOR ANTITUMOR OR ANTICARCINOMA PROTEIN
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS62158486
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a recombinant plasmid containing SAGP gene and replicable in host cell, by forming a DNA coding an antitumor or anticarinoma protein (SAGP) produced by hemolytic streptococci.

CONSTITUTION: A recombinant vector replicable in a host cell and capable of producing SAGP can be constructed by integrating an SAGP gene in a proper recombinant vector. The obtained recombinant vector is introduced into a host cell such as a microbial cell (e.g. bacterium, yeast, etc.) or animal or vegetable cell to obtain a transformed microorganism or cell capable of producing SAGP. SAGP can be produced by culturing the transformed microorganism or cell produced by the above process. The host cell is preferably E.coli.
