Title:
GENE CAPABLE OF CODING ADRENALINE RECEPTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06121686
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a new DNA useful for screening a human-derived adrenaline α2CII receptor-ergic medicine and producing a receptor binding experimental system.

CONSTITUTION: The objective gene is a DNA containing a base sequence capable of coding an amino acid sequence of a polypeptide constructing a human-derived adrenaline α 2CII receptor and has the amino acid sequence of, e.g. the formula (X1 is H, X2-Ala-Ser-Pro-Ala-Leu-Ala-Ala-Ala-Leu-Ala-Val-Ala-Ala-Ala-Ala-Gly, etc.; X2 is H or Met) from the N-terminal side. This gene can be obtained by sectioning a DNA capable of coding the human-derived adrenaline a 2CII receptor gene from Escherichia.coli DH1pUC119α 2CII (FERM P-13189).
