Abstract:
To provide a gene reaction tube capable of markedly improving gene examination efficiency through shortening gene examination time, and to provide a gene examination device using the same.
The gene examination reaction tube comprises a bottomed cylindrical ceramic base 10 with a recess 16 for holding a gene examination liquid containing a gene and a reagent, an exothermic element 14 embedded inside the base 10, and a lid 20 attached so as to close the recess 16.
