CONSTITUTION: An exchange 4 exchanges respective types of supervising signals with other stations or external equipment 3 through trunk circuits 2-1,...2-m,...2-n and by a control device, trunk circuits transmit and receive a control signal 7 for a calling processing of calling, ring-off, disconnection, etc., through sleeved lead wires 1-1,...1-m,...1-n in call lines. Next, in the service truck 2-m to which the external equipment 3 is connected, the general control interface to connect the sleeved lead wires 1-m with the external equipment 3 is provided. A maintenance centralized center, etc., arranged remotely to the exchange 4 exchanges an external equipment control signal 6 except the control signal 7 for the calling processing between the general control interface 5 and the external equipment 3 through the sleeved lead wires 1-1∼1-n and directly controls the external equipment 3.
