To provide a general estimation system for automobile inspection which can calculate the estimated amount of money in the presence of a customer to determine the amount of money while negotiating with the customer and enables a user to freely change and add parts names, parts prices, etc., by his or her hands.

When this system is used, the number of automobiles to be picked up is reduced because customers drive their automobiles to a shop, and the labor is saved to improve the efficiency because estimation and negotiation in the presence of customer are enabled, and trouble with customers is prevented. Automobiles can be fixed in accordance with requests of customers or with advice of the shop, and the money collection is improved by the reduced number of automobiles to be delivered, and salesmen's load can be devoted only to sale. A system in which a disk brake pad can be used with consent of the customer in the case that the disk brake pad is usable for several months after law amendment and unnecessary burden is not put on the customer by guiding the customer in management of the thickness of the disk brake pad is incorporated in this estimation system.
