Title:
GENERATED POWER CONTROLLER IN POWER SENDING SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3806029
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generated power controller in a power sending system which has control and monitor functions satisfying equal quantity for equal duration of power generating equipment linked with a power system with a reverse power flow.
SOLUTION: This generated power controller makes a power value received by a user agree with a power value obtained by deducting a prescribed transmission loss from a transmitted power value transmitted to a power system by power generating equipment, in a prescribed time section according to the transmitted power value and the received power value. For that purpose, according to the received power value and the transmitted power value measured every sampling time section, a value corresponding to the transmission loss is added to the sum of an error correction value which is given by an error correcting means, and corrects an error between the received power value and the transmitted power value except the transmission loss to obtain a necessary transmitted power value. The necessary transmitted power value is averaged over the time width of the sampling time section to obtain a transmitted power command in the next sampling section, so that the transmitted power value of a power plant can follow the received power value of the user in a prescribed time section.
