Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a fixed frequency independent of temperature change, by varying the dividing ratio of frequency in response to the temperature.
CONSTITUTION: A temperature sensor S detects the ambient temperature. The information on the ambient temperature is digitized by an A/D converter. A control circuit CONT controls the dividing ratio of a frequency dividing circuit in accordance with the digitized information. The output frequency of the frequency dividing circuit is controlled so as to have no change despite temperature changes. Therefore, it is possible to obtain a highly accurate reference frequency signal.
