PURPOSE: To obtain a constant level of the reference voltage when a temperature coefficient is controlled, by providing the temperature-sensitive elements having the same characteristics to a pair of opposite sides of a bridge circuit and setting a control resistance for temperature compensating degree between the opposite output terminals of the bridge circuit.
CONSTITUTION: The diodes R1 and R'1 plus R2 and R'2 have the same resistance value; and thr diodes D1 and D'1 have the same characteristics. These diodes function as a temperature-sensitive element respectively and are connected in a bridge to each other. Thus a temperature compensating output generating circuit 1 is obtained. Then the resistance value of each component element is set so that the sum of the resistance values R1=R'1, R2=R'2, and D1 and R2 is equal to R1 at the reference temperature f0°C. Accordingly the output voltages of an operational amplifier 2 is set at 0 at the reference temperature t0°C. At the same time, the temperature coefficient is decided by the resistance value of a control resistance R3 for temperature compensating degree. Furthermore, the polarity of the output voltage V is selected by changing the connection of the terminals T2WT5.
