Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a generating device profitable with little power loss while attaining the low power consumption and long service life of a scroll compressor.
SOLUTION: In the scroll compressor, a revolving scroll lap 1a is erected on one face of a revolving lap support disk 1b of a revolving scroll member 1, and a revolving disk 2 is connected to the other face. A revolving journal hole 2b for inserting an eccentric shaft 4a is formed in the central part of the revolving disk 2, and a crank journal hole 2a for inserting an eccentric shaft 5e for restricting the rotation of the revolving scroll member 1 is formed in the outer peripheral part of the revolving journal hole 2b. The revolving scroll lap 1a and revolving lap support disk 1b are integrally formed of a synthetic resin, and the revolving disk 2 is formed of a metallic material and integrally formed with the revolving journal hole 2b and crank journal hole 2a. The thermal deformation of the revolving scroll member 1 is thereby suppressed to prevent wear, mechanical loss, and the like caused by lap contact.
